The project describes the construction of an industrial warehouse for the management of dangerous and non-dangerous residues. It also plans offices, technical facilities needed (plumbing, electric system...) and an open-air storage facility.

The developer has 23 years of experience in managing residues and metal trade and he is currently occupied full-time in the profession, so the project is able to benefit from his sector experience. The developer is also financing at least 30% of the project expenses.

In the case of non-dangerous residues, the main goal is to collect, select, and store temporally, ready for delivery, those wastes made of metal, metalic-compounds, paper, wood and cardboard. In the case of dangerous residues, the main purpose is to collect, select and store temporally, ready for delivery, batteries, electrical appliances wastes and air conditioner devices.

The main activity of the project is the recycling and wholesale of the above-mentioned residues and wastes after its collection, selection, storage and delivering to authorised final managers.

The intention of the project is to: i) provide inhabitants of the region with an area in which residues and wastes can be stored and managed. ii) preserve the environment in doing so.

- Efficient operation of the warehouse as well as appropriate advice and support from the Local Action Group and authorities are required for the success of the project. - Tax advice for correct compliance with Residues Laws is useful. - All these requirements should be foreseen within the feasibility plan and a complete project report.
