TNC Follow-up

When your transnational cooperation (TNC) project is active and being implemented there are a number of ongoing activities that you will need to follow-up on. These include ongoing work involved with monitoring and evaluation as well as publicising the TNC project’s results and outcomes. It is important to be aware of these follow-up actions which will provide you with useful benefits and they should be carefully planned for from the start.

What you have already done at this stage:

• You are implementing your cooperation project together with your partner(s);
• You are regularly in contact with your partner(s) ;
• Your project is ongoing; and
• You are monitoring your performance.
