The second edition of the European Rural Youth Parliament (ERYP) organised in Spain between 4-6 November 2019, brought together 70 rural youth representatives from all parts of Europe to explore opportunities and challenges for rural youth and jointly prepare the Declaration of Candas.
Get inspired by Agroberry, an EAFRD-supported initiative run by a young female farmer in Zamora, Spain, who developed new range of products. The project won the ‘Improving competitiveness in rural areas’ category of the 2019 ENRD Rural Inspiration Awards.

networX aimed to recognise the value of networking for rural development, demonstrate the results of the past ten years of rural networking and proactively look at its future.
Over 400 rural development stakeholders enjoyed informal discussions, inspiring conversations and sharing of experiences, both within the event strands and in the Marketplace. networX also hosted the final ceremony of the Rural Inspiration Awards.
