The video is about a LEADER project led by the NGO Karksi Lastekaitseselts ‘Muumitroll’ that created a racetrack for young people. The development of recreational facilities for children and young adults who want to practice motocross racing has been a very positive experience for the young participants, and there has also been a corresponding decrease in anti-social behaviour, associated with youth alcohol and drug abuse.
