Construction of Sewage Treatment Plants in the Municipality of Lipce Rejmontowskie
A system of wastewater treatement plants has been installed in the villages that were not able to benefit from the urban infrastructural system. Thanks to the new facilities, it became possible to adjust wastewater treatement to EU standards.
In the municipality of Lipce Rejmontowskie there was an urgent need for treatment of sewage effluent. Several villages of the municipality are located outside the urban waste treatment system. Therefore, in each individual farm it has been decided to install sewage treatment facilities that do not require special handling. The investment was implemented by the Municipal Office in Lipce Reymontowskie.
The main objective of the project is to ensure that EU standards are applied in the municipal wastewater management within the farm holdings.
A sewage treatment plant was constructed, from which treated sewage effluent is filtered and treated. This system does not require exceptional human input and comes with a low maintenenace requisite thus making it more cost effective to use.
