Culture Calling

Aim is to develop the every day activities of local and art museums by doing bench marking of each other's activities. We also want to increase the attraction of the musums with the help of international culture exchange and co-operation with similar kind of actors.

We have two art museums in our area (Nelimarkka Museum and Vanha Paukku Art Museum), few art associations and local museums that are willing to co-operate with similar type of actors from other EU countries. The art museums are also looking for possible art, artists and expertise exchange with other European art museums. For single artists this could bring art exhibition possibilities and interaction between artists from different LAG areas. The surrounding nature and tourism of each LAG area would also be included in this co-operation.

We are looking for other art museums, local museums, artists, art masters, associations, foundations who would like to join us in 1) benchmarking the operations of museums 2) preparing material in English of the museums 3) study trips 4) art, artis and expertise exchange
