Adding value to potato product
Less quantity, high quality, good adding value: this is the philosophy of our potato farmers. They are selling yearly 1.3 tons high-quality-potatoes to markets and customers (direct-marketing) as a cooperation of 9 farmers. With a perfect quality and a very good branding they are well known in Austria and people as restaurants like the "Sauwald-Potatoes".
