Youth in Europe - Innovative entrepreneurship

The main goal of the project is the active participation of the younger generations in local development policies & governance. The TNC project aims to exchange experience & share bussiness paths. The goal is to raise awareness amongst young people to the opportunity to establish a company in tarditional occupations, innovative professions & to identify opportunities offered by rural areas.

The abandonment of rural areas by young people is a growing phenomenon in many rural areas:after obtaining a degree, they don't return back to their place of origin, producing a "skill drain" from the country side to the city. The project aims to achieve a path of learning designed to foster the development of a sense of identity that encourages young people to stay in the area & provide better perspectives for quality of life. Actions will be: - Via meetings, field visits encourage youth to be come entrepreneurs; - Raising awareness of parents & professional associations; -Contact with schools on international level; -Exchange of experience;- Creation of promotional material to disseminate results.
