The European Evaluation Helpdesk for Rural Development is pleased to announce the publication of the new Working Document Evaluation-Related Queries.
This working document compiles a selection of evaluation-related queries raised by the Member States in the period from January 2015 to September 2016. Answers were prepared by the European Evaluation Helpdesk for Rural Development in collaboration with the responsible Commission services.
The new Guidelines - Assessment of RDP Results: How to Prepare for Reporting on Evaluation in 2017 are a non-binding document, which serve to fulfil the legal evaluation requirements relating to the AIR submitted in 2017. The document leads stakeholders through the phases of planning, preparing, conducting and reporting on evaluation for the AIRs to be submitted in 2017.
Additionally, the separate Annex 11 provides fiches for the common evaluation questions no. 1 – 21 to be answered in 2017.
